Not enough light, they out grow it
or no food, you feed 'em? .. How old are they?

Grow tips nice and bright green or sorta yellowish green?

Bottom leafs are unable to get the light they need as the plant grows
and will yellow and drop ...

Feeding every 2 days or more?

Whatcha' mean Had?
What kinda lights?

with floros and CFLs as they grow taller you have to fill in/add more lights to shine on the sides
You only have 5 - 14 inches of good light/high lum with Floros/CFLs.
