hey guys so i cleared out my flower room and i added 2 more air cooled hoods in there. Now my question atm is how many fans at 350 -400 cfm 6 in inline fans am i going to need to cool all 4 ? Rigjt now i got 1 400 cfm 6 in cooling 2 1k hps hoods and its exhausting through a small 16 in ling 6 in charcoal scrubber. Seems to work well. I cant just hook the 2 new lights into there as well can i? I do have 1 more fan i could throw in their just for those 2 new 1s but do i need to?
I have always pulled the air through the filter not pushed it through.
Yea i think its more work on the fan if i remember right. Need a few clamps n what not to finish. Got all the balasts n hoods hung room disenfected what not figure ill get an early start on it tomorrow. Still gotta figure out how to cool those 2 new hoods. Might try the same fan as the other 2. Im lowering wattage down to 600 from 1k but adding 2 more 600s heh . If it doesnt raise my temps up ima just run all 4 from the same fan. Hydro shop mentioned to run a dedicated fan inside scrubbing and a seperate fan for the lights. Im tired ill figure it out later lol.

At my old place I ran couple 1k air cooled hoods with a independent fan just for the hoods. Also one 8" fan with a carbon filter scrubbing air in the room. My filter was having air pulled thru like smokey said. I've never pushed air flow thru one personally. My fan for the hoods was pulling air from my lung room, pushing air thru the hoods. No carbon filter for the lights just filtered air. My air box had a furnace filter. Worked well
Yea ... ima have to do somethin. I shouldnt be trying to exhaust air and clean air and cool lights all on yhe same fan. I mean i bet without the filter 1 fan for 2 1ks is ok. There not hot to the tpich as of now but i wonder if im already over working the 1 fan . I have 2 fans in flower n 2 in vege wondering if i can use this intake fan somehow for the lights or what not . All that fans doing is bringing fresh air from an airconditioned room.

Good afternoon people's. Out of my 3 - 501st OG X Chernobyl test plants I'm down to only one that's female. She's a stretchy ugly plant. Time will tell with that cross. It's still small in veg. I really liked the mother. Was hoping for a good OG cross as I only got a few seeds from it
