Sorry I've been mia in your thread for so long! But the girls are coming along GREAT! That SST really works wonders!! I'm planning on using that technique in my grow as well thanks to your visual cohesiveness of the results. Got you a shoutout in my thread as well x)

Wow dude, just catching up. I'm doing my first super soil mix in a week or so and your results are very encouraging. Likely I'm subbing in right before harvest, but things are looking great. Nice job on the autos!

time for a update on my puff puff pass genetics auto grow in super soil!
I just gave all my plants a watering with some plain water split 5 gallons between all of them
the water I used was plain carbon filtered tap water (filtered water not R/O water) it was ph. to 6.2 with a mix of citric acid crystals (natural ph. down) and ascorbic acid powder and sodium ascorbic powder (both are vitamin C powders) that I use as ph. down and a dechlorinator and was bubbled for 24+ hours
all my PPP autos in the tent under 600w hps are in day #86 from sprout and the 2x autos in the closet under led panel are in day #73 from sprout
just in case anyone was wondering what autoflower strains I am growing in this grow they are
2x Glueberry Express Autoflower (Glueberry OG x Pineapple Express) x Auto#1 from Puff Puff Pass cultivators
2x Silverback Autoflower (Gorilla Glue x White Widow) x Auto#3 from Puff Puff Pass cultivators
2x GG x OG its a unreleased strain from Puff Puff Pass cultivators
the 2x autos in the closet under the led are
1x blackberry kush auto from Dutch passion
1x dark devil auto from sweet seeds

well the time has come for my puff puff pass genetics auto grow in super soil to be harvested!
I got a good look at them today and there all ready to be harvested. so I cranked up my exhaust fan and intake fan to full blast to lower humidity and help the soil dry out over the next three days before I harvest them.
tonight will be the last day they will be under the light tomorrow afternoon when the lights go out I will unplug the ballast and let these plants be in darkness for 48 hours then I will chop them.
these plants are in day #87 from sprout today and will be harvested on day #90 from sprout

I moved a few of the plants I wanted to harvest to my closet for a 24 hour dark period and moved the plants that were in the closet to the tent to finish out

I just got done installing my new 315w cmh light!
this 315w cmh light will be replacing my 600w air cooled hps
the ballast is a 315w square-wave digital ballast from Prism Lighting Science the reflector is a Sun System LEC 315 RA Remote Reflector and last but not least the bulb is a Philips Mastercolor CDM-TP Elite 315W CMH Agro Lamp T12 - 3100ºK
the set up was pretty easy it took me the longest to take down my 600w hps and rearrange where my carbon filter was positioned but after that was down it was really simple
everything is all set up and I am doing a 10+ hours initial burn on the bulb it is recommend that when you first install the light and turn it on that you let the light run for at least 10 strait hours before you turn it off so you wont damage the bulb I will just let mine run all day today and set my timer tomorrow
I have another 315w cmh light that I will be installing in my closet grow space but that wont be until around march since I can veg all the seedling that I will be starting for my next grow in the tent once the plants that are in there now are ready to harvest
I still need to install my 16 inch hurricane fan back in my tent but I have to wait until I can get a extension cord
I took a ton of pictures when I was unboxing the lights all the parts were packaged real well there were a few dings on the outside on some of the boxes but nothing too bad
the outside packaging was very discreet with no visible markings indicating what was inside or where it was shipped from so that's a big plus

just started germinating a bunch of seeds that will be grown under my new 315w cmh lights for my next grow and moved 3 more plants from my tent to my to closet to get chopped I already chopped 3 plants down yesterday
I got all the seeds soaking in water
there are still 2 more plants in the tent that need more time I just watered them today with some plain water
I will be growing 4 autos in the tent under a 315w cmh and 2 photo plants in my closet under a 315w cmh but for now I will veg them all in the tent until they get bigger after they sprout and get planted the names of the strain and breeders are in the pics
the 4 autos are all from top shelf elite and the 2 photos are from big head seeds and bsb genetics

well I just harvested the last puff puff pass genetics plants today so my puff puff pass genetics auto grow is officially over now I just need to let them dry and cure
I got them all hanging in my closet to dry the first 3 plants were harvested on day #88 from sprout and the last 3 were harvested on day #91 from sprout
all I did was remove all the larger fan leaves and left the smaller ones and sugar trim and hung the whole plants to get a nice slow dry I did turn my exhaust fan on low just to get a little air flow while they dry the temps are around 70 with a 50% rh right now
I already started more seeds for my next grow as well

so what I did was take a plastic cup and put the baggies in there and place it on top of my 315w cmh ballast and its acting like a heating mat I have been checking on it every few hours to make sure it does not get to hot for them and they seam fine nice and warm but not hot

a few of the seeds were ready to be planted today
I planted 3 out of the 6 seeds I am germinating the other 3 still have not broke the shell yet I am going to give them another day to see if they germinate if not I still have more seeds I can germinate

just done watering my 2 plants and planted another seed today the last 2 seeds are taking there sweet ass time but have hopes they will sprout just got to wait and see
