Deficiency?- is my plant okay? Leave spots

I have seen a few spots on my plant and I'm not sure what it means? Maybe some sort or nutrient deficiency or maybe abundance of a certain nutrient?

You have thrips. I see them in your photos, they look like tiny sesame seeds or rice. They make thrip traps that work great. They are fluorescent yellow sticky traps. The thrips are attracted to yellow. Go to your hydro supply shop they will know what you need. Maybe an organic spray too but only for veg plants

Oh, n make sure the top couple inches of dirt dry completely to kill any eggs, you could add sand or perlite for the top to help keep the surface dry but not necessary.

neem oil or Einstein oil also works spray under side of leaves but you must lift lights high or turn off for the night
yes it is thrips .....
