Deficient, but of what?

I've been growing for years. I'm trying a new strain, and don't understand what's going on in this pic. 3 Weeks into flower, Fox Farm soil, 1K lights on movers....the works. Normally I use FloraNova Bloom, with Kool Bloom in the beginning of flower, and Atami's Bloombastic toward the end. I'd say a possible Nitrogen issue, but I have other leaves with the "eagle claw", so I didn't give anymore nutes. Anyone have any ideas?

From the dark green look of the leaf, it appears that you heading in the right direction by canning the nutes for a while. At three weeks into flowering I'd say you wouldn't need anymore ferts applied. Root-zone ph is critical, have you measured the run-off ph?

@Bugstud: My PH is riding between 5.7-6.0, so I think we're good there, but good idea about the nutes.
@wildwelshman: HA! I have that EXACT same diagram. I just couldn't place it.

Thanks gentlemen, much appreciate some outside advise.....it's always a pleasure. :D
