So, what is the real story behind Delta-8 when and where did come into place? I understand that it's through Hemp but would this Delta-8 stay legal for good or start seeing it becoming illegal as it has in states that even have Marijuana Legal? Just like to know more about this topic, if anyone has any answers please reply and keep me info about Delta-8.

I can’t imagine they would outlaw delta 8 as states legalize, but I could be wrong. Legal cbd has to be less than .03 THC, delta 8 is just another lesser known cannabinoid like CBG, CBD, and CBN I would expect they are simply utilizing strains that are confirmed to test high in delta 8
