Department Of Revenue's MMJ Website Is Up

The Department of Revenue has an official web presence for its regulation of medical marijuana, sparse though it is.

A "Laws and Regulations" link takes you straight to the clusterfuck that is House Bill 1284.

A "Rulemaking" link reveals that rule-making is something the DOR is going to get to ... any day now:

Rule-making will be conducted upon completion of a series of workshops with participation by people who represent every segment of the industry. As the work groups are established, contact information will be posted and everyone is encourage to contact the person(s) who best represent your specific interests to coordinate your input through the workshops before the formal Rule-making hearing occurs.

"Licensing" yields some rules on licensing, and a link to "Forms" containing the ever-scintillating "No more information available yet," and if you like that, you're going to love the "Frequently Asked Questions." Apparently, no one's very curious.
