Yes I get that! Sorry, I don't think I was clear enough. The thing I don't understand is that before he let's the mix cook, he tops it off with regular soil which he doesn't mix. So, once the mix is done cooking, since the regular soil wasn't mixed in, should I plant directly into the pot or should I mix it, transfer it init another pot, an then add regular soil over it?

Teas thats all, i had started a vermi compost bin before this grow hoping to use fresh castings in the soil, but it took longer than expected so now i have fresh ewc and kelp tea

And yea you're referring to compost tea right ? I never tried it and I am very limited in my grow space ...

Works for me. Last summer i had 2 UK Cheese photoperiod freebies as a test of the soil listed by the original poster. 3 gallon pots.The did fine but died due to frost in last week September. They had only been flowering for 4 weeks.

This year I have an auto Jack Herer started about 4 weeks ago in the same kind of mix. It just started to flower and should be done around Sept 16th.

I am doing this mix within the next week. Just picked up all the ingredients plus perlite and domolectic lime. I think he means that you can plant directly into that pail after you open it up after 10 days. So veg your plant for a bit and then transplant it into that pail or whatever you decide to grow in. Idk. No one seems to reply if this has worked from start to finish. I am going to give it a go with 3.....7 gallon smart pots in a 4x2x6 tent with a 400 watt MH/HPS and a 300 watt mars hydro. I am going to follow his directions but use the smart pots instead of pails. Im just not sure if I should wrap the whole thing with saran wrap,(I know it will be a lot lol) or just cover the top with something. Does it need to be sealed? Idk. If no one replies by the time I do it in the next couple weeks I'll just wrap it but not like super tight. I will be back with updates for sure. Thanks. Alsonany input is greatly appreciated. Yes I did. Worked very well. Doing it again now on my second run and didn’t even seal the bucket while it cooked. We’ll see how it turns out, only on week 3 of vedge.

The two on the left are a super soil and the one on the right is just pro mix topped with regular potting soil. I am using advanced nutrients for that one. I also am making my own work casting tea with molasses for the supersoil ones. I also am using bud builder 1000 on all plants. We will see how these babies turn out but they are absolutely stunning right now

Update on the ladies!!!!!! They are looking spectacular!! The two on the left are supersoil and the one on the left is reg potting mix and I'm adding advanced nutrients to that one plus bud builder 1000. The two supersoil just get water with bud builder 1000. Compost tea will start next week. Here's some pics. Just finishing week two of flower!!.....

Update on the ladies. I noticed some little bastard fly looking mother f$@#ers on my ladies . So I googled some shit found out they are fungus gnats. I grabbed some diamastrous earth (however the hell you spell that shit). Anyways...just Google kill gnats...lol..so I grabbed that stuff and grabbed some yellow sticky cards and hung em up around the ladies. Got the bastards they are looking amazing!!!!!! 4th week into flower......pics below

Update on my blueberry grow. I have now noticed I did the scrog wrong lol. Oh well. It's not horrible but now I know. Lol. Still will get some decent buds off these babies. Started 5th week of flower today. Day 29. Posting pics below. Have been giving the two girls on the left compost tea I made from work castings, liquid seaweed, fish fertilizerand molasses. I add bud builder 1000 after tea has been airated for 24 hours right before I feed the two girls. The girl on the right is just regular potting mix soil that I have been giving advanced nutrients Micro, Grow and Bloom. I also add bud builder 1000 to that mix. Buds are looking frosty and absolutely fricken amazing .
