And that would depend on, did you use a double boiler? Have you strained it through cheese cloth yet? Did it reach temps over 200°F|93°C ?

How did you get to where you are. Was it in a saucepan on high for 3 days or ???? I have always done mine in a crockpot on low for 12 hours or so.
