Im a new grower, this is my first attempt at growing cannabis and noticed that one plant has 2 different bud colors. Just wanted to know if this is good/bad or normal or if its something i might have done wrong. The strain is unknown as I just got random seeds from a friend.

Well your bud structure looks very similar, so I wouldn't be overly concerned. The white hairs are the flower actually growing. The white hairs are actually what would be used by the plant to capture pollen which floats by in the air if there was a male nearby. As the white hairs mature they turn orange/ red and that's what you see there with your plant.

Colour change usually happens with maturity, environment and/or stress.

Hey @SKROOOF!

As said above - definitely nothing to worry about, that is good to see!

As not ever single bud is the same size or receiving the same amount of light, they will sometimes mature at different speeds. I'm sure the other bud will look the same by the end of the week.

Anyway, nice looking plant! Some time to go to fatten up those nugs.

Happy growing, happy smoking, peace!
