Down here in Florida we have this red fungus that starts the bud rotting. This past year it started inside the buds, so that when I found it most of the crop was ruined. Is there anything I can do? Had a pic but can't find it.

Welcome to 420. It's a pleasure to have you. Have you considered running a strain known to be resistant to mold like UK Cheese?

I have not grown it personally, I only know I have read that at a few different sites. There are known to be other strains as well displaying this same trait. Some Hazes and Northern Lights are known to be mold resistant as well. A quick search will get you dialed in in strains that can handle high humidity a touch better.
