Diseased looking leaves, help please, had caterpillars

What Is it with these leave? They are growing curled and die. I had a small caterpillar issue I treated a week ago that. Is that the cause? Some new growth is curling and dying. So weird

I almost thought it may be a fungus like looking problem. I can’t find anything about it.

Re-vegging? and the twisted leaves look just like my plants that got too strong a dose of neem, or neem under bright light. What chemical did you treat it with, and what time of day?

Yes a reveged plant. Neem at first many weeks ago as a preventative. I had white flies from my mint. The sticky yellow paper did way better than neem for flies and gnats. I even have some of my own hair now stuck in there , so I stopped neem two weeks ago.

When I saw caterpillars I used BT spray. Time of day was dusk. I think my dose of bt may have been a little strong cuz I thought I was using a 1 quart spray bottle. It was 750 ml.

It is reveging but has gone a long way in 4 weeks

When it revegges, lots of leaves are retarded...lol

But the sprays and sun can torch them also, so watch that

I’m watering down the spray and breaking up the time in between sprays to once a week for now.
