Distilled Water?

Would you guys recommend Distilled water for germination and/or watering outdoors?

I am unsure of my tap water levels. I've heard of people using and not using and through my search of the site found the same deal. Any suggestions?

Thanks team.:bong:

Distilled water is good for irons, car batteries and not much else.
Because it contains no minerals, and plants AND animals need minerals.
Much better is what's packaged/sold as "spring" water.
Tap water, left in an open container (like a bucket) indoors for a day or two or outside for a day (to let chlorine evaporate) is better than distilled water imo.
