Well today I finally got to the point where I could test the lights and thankfully (I don't know why I don't trust myself to do things right) they work!

They seem extremely bright

Edit: this is dimmed all the way down, I was scared to stand facing them on full blast.

I'm going out to my weekly Friday fire gathering now so no time to hang them unfortunately. The girls are asleep anyway. Tomorrow morning will bring a new dawn for them!

It took a lot of sweat and cursing inside a tiny box, but so worth it.
