Hey guys I have a couple of cheaper cob led grow lights I was wondering if anyone has experience with using DC power boosters or if I should just replace the cob entirely with the cree 3590 cobs what would I need to drive them properly my plan is to upgrade the light it has a heat sink and fan so no reason not to the current cob that's in the light has no markings so i dont know what it is but the driver is a Morsen driver 12v 200-300w 110-240vac I dont have it open right now just what I can remember but if more info is need I can open it up an take pics

The other driver are for small rgb diodes I'm on concerend with the cob that's what I'd like to upgrade with the best cob available and driver

Keep that light as it is, and get something new where all components are high quality.

CXB3590 is not a worth the price anymore, there's been cheaper and better COB and Middle Power Diode solutions available for more than a year now ;)

Yea I kinda figured it wasnt worth it so I put it all back together and I'm going to just use it for supplemental light under the canopy thanks tho!
