Do you believe in 24 hrs of darkness before harvest?

Hi everyone! My question I was hoping to hear from you on is do you believe in 24 hrs of darkness before you harvest your hard earned goodness? Is it necessary? Any input would be great. Cheers

Some people do 1-3 days of darkness but most people I've seen talk about it say don't bother.

If you think about it you're denying the plant a days growth.

I believe in the dark period. I read an forum somewhere that the dark period super powers the tricomes. Then as the light is on the potency degrades bit by bit

@Dutchman1990 did a 72hr test and found no difference. I think Shed said Sweetsue also did a test and didn't see any difference. I have never tried so I don't really have an opinion on it but both of those members know a thing or two about growing so I'd go with that

I think Dutchman's test started here and finalized a page or two later. You'll have to root through the posts as he does great detail work on his journals, but start from there on his opinions.
