Its on one set of leaves on 3 out of 4 plants. and only the second set of 3 leaves, nothing above or below I raised the lights just in case. and went for 24/0 to 20/4. I also noticed the tent was hitting 83 degrees, i now have it at a constant 76 degrees.

Possibly. You should be OK with the raised lights.

It does not look like light burn to me, looks like the first sign of a deficiency. Calcium or possibly potassium.

Well its been 13 days since I posted these pics. I have started giving them tiger bloom , big bloom and cal-mag and they have perked up significantly. I have also started some LST.

I second this. Please no pics with lights on, no one will be able to accurately diagnose your issues.

Necrotic spots - lacking calcium.

Leaf losing green whilst keeping it at the "veins" - lacking magnesium.

Just my opinion. That and a fat joint might get you high.

My widows were very heavy feeders on calmag. Looks like it's just starting. If I skipped one week of feed I started to notice it starting.

I agree... looks like calcium, but I suspect pH is a problem since you are giving some calmag. What is the medium and the pH you are adjusting all fluids to? Are you following the FF nute schedule to the letter? Don't scrimp on nutes with White Widdow, she is a very heavy feeder.
