Dolomite Lime Powder - PH is reading as 10.0

I bought some Kal dolomite lime powder and my calibrated Hanna device is telling me it's PH is 10.0 even in distilled water.

I know my Hanna is calibrated, I have 4.01, 7.01, and 10.01 solutions from Hanna and the device reads each solution correctly.

I thought dolomite was suppose to have a PH of 7?

I thought so too. Could you give us some more info off the bag?

What is your soil pH?

It's not hydrated is it? I've seen hydrated dolomite lime and almost bought it till I read the label real careful.
