Using Fox Farms Grow Big & Hydo Guard every other watering.
I use a meter to check soil wetness.
Tall plant is a mystery seed.
When lights are on, it's not as prevalent

Plants do get sleepy with lights out and droop a little.
You've got something else going on. I think I see a Mag deficiency, for one.
I think moisture meters are useless. They don't know what you are growing. Some plants require very wet soil. Others will die with any significant amount of moisture on their roots. My guess is yours could be over-watered.

When the lights are off the plant sleeps. Never trust a meter, feel the weight of it to determine if it needs water. Looks like over-watering.

The mystery plant is the worst.
And I water all 3 the same.
I'm using smart pots. Should I still use the 25% runoff program ?

I don't care about 10% - 50% runoff. I water until the pot won't hold another drop. Period. I dunk the pot in a slightly larger container so it is completely drenched from top down and bottom up. Then drain well by tipping pot to lower the PWT. Now do NOT water again until it actually needs it. The pot will feel nearly empty at that point and you will just begin to see the terminal growth start to droop a little. Repeat.
