Drying and dying leaves

I got one plant and it's pretty young. The leaves at the top are drying out. I have a fan going and it's under light 24/7. What's wrong?

flouroscent and 2 inches away from the top and it lights up the whole place pretty good

howmany flouresents(watts) maybe try to back the light off a lil

idk the watt or anything just it's one of those 3 feet long double bulb ones. It looks to be okay now.
