Malaysia: Two friends were sentenced to death after they were found guilty by the High Court for drug trafficking.

Rizal Sham Ahmad, 32, and Md Fitri Md Saad, 33, were found guilty of trafficking in 2.8kg of cannabis at the Aneka Shopping Complex carpark in Gurun at about 4pm on Feb 7, 2006. Both were charged under Section 39B (1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act.

Justice Datuk Zamani A. Rahim found that the prosecution had proven the case beyond a reasonable doubt.

He said van driver Rizal Sham and labourer Md Fitri had given contradictory statements that could not be accepted by the court.

Rizal Sham and Md Fitri were represented by M. Chandran and A. Ashok respectively. The case was prosecuted by Deputy Public Prosecutor Norshuhada Mohd Yatim.

Time for a change... Vote for freedom... Yes on prop 19

It's time for our President to 'change' our country's status towards marijuana. Obama can make a big change in the drug wars by simply legalizing a plant that has caused more pain and death from being illegal then it ever did for thousands of years previously. If Mexico and the USA legalized it right now everything would change for the good.
