Dutch pro soil dosage

Hi, I got some Dutch pro grow a+b and bloom a+b. The instructions say 2-300 ml/100l, anyone know if this means 2-300a plus 2-300b, or 2-300 total ie 100-150a plus 100-150b? Thanks in advance!

Iv used this feed with great results.start off with 2ml of and a and 2 ml of b per litre of water there xplode and multitotal is also great for plants good luck
