Sure will! My first read had me do it 3days out, but in further research of the technique, others suggest 10days out!...The logic was 3days doesn't allow enough time for any change. I shall see! Maybe I will do it 10days out the next go around.

I tried Dr. Ziggy's low and slow in the fridge for 10-14 days. I think it retains more of its aroma and taste.

I believe it! I just don't have non-traveling time to try it this go around, but I may just be sold on making that a staple process! Too many have praised the results.

I had to leave so I let her hang dry for about 7.5days....Toooo Dry!!! Shit!!! Hopefully a good Cure & Boveda packs will bring her around. Took a Lil taste toke....& BOOOM!!! Had me creating Dancing Routines, Freestyling Raps, R&B Songs & doing Stand-Up! WTF!!! Hopefully it turns dwn as she cures.

Yup, 25Gs....Maybe an Oz!, give or take for early sampling

Will have to let it Cure for awhile b4 I gift it.

Went Down South for a Lil Southern Cooking!

I had my first taste of southern cooking in a trip to vegas last fall. Collard greens, red beans and rice, bbq chicken, fried chicken, corn cakes, and I think some mac n cheese. It was amazing. We still talk about it lol. Hard to get southern tastes in northern Canada.
