Whats the high like folks..My name's Che I got accounts at a few other forums but seems like this ones the MOST active so I will share my current grow with you guys for analysis, advice and entertainment purposes.

Now on to my set up I have a 15 gallon tote that I forged into a nice bubbling system I have grown to harvest about 3 times over the years in soil and this will be my first perpetual and vividly thorough Hydroponic grow..most my stains are unknown since they were from a few dank mostly indica seeds.. one is definitly a true strain not sure which kind(got um fro a friend) its a toss up between white widow, green goddess trainwreck and afghooie..either one id be extremely pleased

Heres the res before it goes into mass production

The first babies were germed on may 9th and popped on may 10th in some burpee expanding grow pellets..which will be inserted into the 2 inch hole in my 4inch rockwool..lol I have smaller ones for the new batch which you'll see in a few

The Bare Necessities for vegging in hydro..

Day 5 nutrients ADDED..

DWC First 420mag Grow Journal Day 15

Aiight well.. This site has crazy traffic..its only been a day and I dropped to page 2 lots of growers..make sure you guys SUB me its gonna be GOOooOD :...

K just as I promised more action from the early stages of these ladies(fingers crossed)waterborn Journey, Im BIG on lst and supercropping no ones likes an uncouth beetch..I have enough sace to let them stretch but prefer the low profile with a nice even canopy..to scrog o just maximize cola fomation thru harvest..I'll try to have the tops in this journal at about 6-7 inches..

Day 15 I had some algae in this period and quickly took care of it with some aluminum foil to insulated and light trap the Res..In Ponics ya gotta watch those light leaks guys..

Heres a nice shot from that day..I think i have to set my resolution higher on the cam..This size seems perfect to me, what you guys think?

I use a supplemental 50 watt hps to brighten my undergrowth to this day has proven very beneficial to my 2 4ft 40 watt shoplights which Im currently using in veg..Day 18

Day 19 I untied the ladies to let um breathe a bit..then its baack to the ole Grind..

Aye Rocket thanks for grabbin a seat..

My lighting in the growspace are 2 4 ft hanging shoplights(2 daylight,2 warmwhite 40 watt bulbs) 2 26watt cfl's in a lamp 1 is GE daylight reveal and one warm white..keeping to the idea of having both spectrums for veg..and then all red/sodium in flower..I also have a seperate box with a 50 watt hps specifically for flowering clones to determine sex and perpetuating my harvests. Lastly im ordering a 600 watt mh/hps switchable grow light for the Main Event room which is extending my veg a few more weeks..lol.

Fox farm Grow Big(hydro)- good stuff so far
Fox farm Organic Big Bloom(live Bacteria) increases branching alot giving more main cola like bud sites. I hate the salt build up it produces tho which takes me to my next nute well actually additive
Hygrozyme-which I just picked up a bottle of and flushing with it currently heard great things about its enzymes for making plants overall healthier and in turn increasing yield..(we shall see)
Superthrive- for seedlings and cuttings had my top from my biggest plant root in 7 days pics coming.
Tiger bloom is the natural selection for flower in my FF set but Im wanting to switch over to GH/flora nova bloom because of fear of the salt monsters returning in flower and nastying up my roots(ff big bloom),

My question to you guys is it ok or no risk in switching brands mid-grow, if I flush for a few days before adding a new one part formula like flora nova for Flower?

be patient they will come!
about the nutes... you can switch .... just understand that they will have some signs of stress, possible strange growth etc. especially if your going from an organic to a Chemical like GH line. have you heard of their new organic line?
so the answer is yes you can but you might see stress.. flush a day than go...
Hygrozime is a must in all our hydo mixes at work... i like to think of it as "bubbles that tickle the ass of all of your beneficials" it helps them kick in to overdrive i use it in every watering. looking good brother

Thanks for stopping in Shaggy grab ya some popcorn..you definitly know your stuff I got an after pic of my new bushier mother(hopefully) got her clone off her FIM/beheading incident LOL, Flowering her top and day 1 is today should know sex in a week or 2..then the whole grow gets the BIG flip!!

Now we take a step into the future about 10 days here's the mother plants and clones..Also I bought some GE sunshine 40 watt ecolux's and swapped out my 32 watt warmwhite tubes it seems they are ideal for veg growth as its cri is 90!! and 5000k..Thats better than metal halides(cri 82) as far as mimicking the sun I highly recommend them to a 4ft user and t5 alike if you can find them..footprint a tad more shallow but ideal or a scrog or lst'd plant's like mine..

First heres my Nute bucket I soaked this clone's rockwool in superthrive and a teaspoon of grow big my girls holding it by its stem ..Looks rooted to you guys?

Here isthe newly constructed Clone Flowering Room about 4 ft tall 3 1/2 ft deep its equipped with a 50 watt hps(7000 lumens) im gonna be adding a new DIY bubble res once sex is determined on the gals shits gonna be craaazy when fully completed..

And This here is one of my Big girls gettin her VEGgy on at day 39!!

aboard Hightek good having ya. Duude these new 40watt sunshine ecolux's are working beautifully guys..pics of her lighting change coming sooner than later..thinking of having um in there for flower along with my warm whites/red specturms till I cop the 400 or 600 watt hps at some point during mid flower..just waiting on my mystery strain which Im thinking afgooie now, catches up and is big enough for clones..which I have 100 percent success so far using only hygrozyme and superthrive..Excellent.

Aiight folks heres an Update!!

Im now at about 46 days veg and the main canopy is right about 8 inches in height raised my lights about 4 days ago to get them from their steady
4 inches pics are from around that time..

Exoctic strains isnt she lovely at about 25 days old..she had a litle drowning incident in my DTW experiment pale..left her and the 2 others flooded for like an hour when I left to goto the ponics store bout 2 weeks back it stunted them for like a week had to clip the ugly 3 finger nute burned leaves..
