Dwight's Plant & Bud Thread

Your plants are looking great, Dwight. :thumb:

Been awhile, I will try and get some pics in the next day or two. Had a root aphid attack again like I had a few years back, Ladybugs worked that time so released a bunch inside shed again, they only lay eggs if they think there is ample food for the offspring otherwise they just go somewhere else.

Ladybug porn pics ;) :

Smoke em if you got em, and if you don't got em go get em :peace::Namaste::meditate::bong::passitleft:

Still haven't got plant pics, maybe tomorrow as the ones out in shed having a bug party :(

Pics of the Lady Bug Larvae so you folks don't kill the good bugs in your garden, as they eat up to 100 aphids a day apiece at that stage. The black alligator looking things with the yellow spots:

Lady Bug Lave: I have Come Here To Kick Ass And Chew Bubble Gum, And I Don't Chew Bubble Gum!

Are you using SNS-209 ?

Don't have a Hydro store in town anymore, can't recall if I tried that when we did have one in town, but think I may have tried it along with like 5 other things before the lady bugs which worked (not positive but sounds familiar). I may have to order some online so I have it (hopefully will never need it again as been 3 years since I had this problem, but inevitable to come back sometime I"m sure).

I've asked in the staff meetings if anyone wants some, maybe you didn't think you needed any at the time.

Would you like to receive some now brother?

If you use it in every watering/feeding, you should never see bugs.

Pics of the ones in my bedroom cabinet, haven't got pics of the ones out in the shed bug fest yet....one I swore was a girl grew balls so we down to three out there (had the worst luck so far with that Durban Thai High Flyer as 3 didn't pop and the two that did were boys, but dems the breaks  ).

Superstitious on the left and the mystery god knows what on the right:

Toke em if you got em :peace::Namaste::ganjamon::bongrip::passitleft::lot-o-toke:

is the shed attached to the house dwight ?

you can run hot shots from seedling all through to wk 2 - 3 of flower and never see anything that moves. it needs 2 wks to dissipate but i like to give it 4 if i use them.

if anything does invade after that you should make it to the end without it getting too established.

It's part of the Carport, the Lady Bugs are knocking them down a lot and one of the sponsors here sent me some Sierra Natural Science (SNS 209 and SNS 217) to help break the cycle and preventative measures. Rather stick to the natural measures if/when possible, albeit I was about ready to stick the plants in recycle bin (as they was worse than when they hit me a couple years ago, hadn't had them last two seasons so not sure what changed, maybe weather related to a hatch or changing my soil brand potentially) or put outside to finish and bug bomb the heck out of the shed, as don't plan on growing out there this winter as too much electricity to heat out there so would give it time to dissipate.

if your run the sns and use hotshots in the future you'll never see an issue. you won't even have to run either full time, just as an occasional preventative.
it decimates spider mites and near anything else if you run a dual approach.

Two little ones inside my growbox in bedroom:

And the three out in the shed, between the lady bug party and the SNS 209 seems to be knocking them down so hopefully it knocks them out one of the other or the combination of both:

Toke em if you got em, and find some if you don't ;) :passitleft: :Namaste: :peace: :lot-o-toke: :ganjamon::meditate:

Been awhile, about chucked em as bug party was annoying.....between the Lady Bugs and the SNS 209 and 217 it seems to be knocking them down and just about out.

Two in the bedroom Growbox:

And the ones out in the Shed:

Probably got another 2 weeks and prob 3 until they done. Toke em if you got em :passitleft: :ganjamon: :peace: :Namaste: :lot-o-toke: :meditate:
