Dying Seedling

I had a soil infestation, some flea looking lil shits, so i treated the soil with bug spray and water and now plants leaves (only 4 have come out) are curling upward, like its seriously dying. What can I do? Photos in gallery.

Pull them and reinsert in clean soil mix

Ok peachy. Thanks. Im assuming my soil wasn't pest free when i bought it. how do i prevent more bugs from contaminating my soil and plants?

I do not use soil, so you should check out what those guys are using.

foxfarms ocean, frog or light warrior is usually a safe bet. bargain stuff from the bigbox stores is usually junk.

Im beginning to see that. A lot of commercial shit is garbage and when you live in po dunk ass nowhere its hard to get to specialty stores, if they even exist around here. i drove twenty miles to try a hydroponics store only to find out that the address didn't even exist. I was pissed!
