So i need to leave in some days and ill be back in 1 month but my plants arent ready yet. Any tip that i can do? Or im just fked up?

You may have F**ked up. Plants close to finishing but harvested early can have a very unfinished high. Lots of times a week or 2 won't matter. A month is way to long. It will be better than a dead plant. So if you have to harvest because no one can care for it. It is what it is.
You also have the problem if left of them going past harvest time which can be just as bad in some case's
What strains where they are growing and lots of other factors need to be considered.
