Early problem with seedling

Hello everyone this is my first time writing here but i have read lots of stuff here trying to educate myself.
Finally i felt ready to start my own little project.
My setup is a small tent with an 120w led panel i am using pc fans for ventilation 1 intake 1 exhaust and 1 for air circulation in tent. Temps are bettwen 22-28 celcius (72-82 F) humidity 40-60 plant distance from panel around 60cm or 2 foot. I am using biobizz light mix soil with perlite and cocofider in it.
i am using tap water leting it sit more than 24 hour to evaporate clorine and i have used only root stimulant (root juice biobizz ) 1 time only at 1ml/L
I am on day 7 now and first problem kick in.

strain is blue mystic from royal queen seeds. As u can seed tip of leaves start curling and i can't figure why cause temps and humidity are close to optimal.Also new set of leaves seems to start curling too.
Any help would be much apreciated.

more info needed. What kind of soil, are you checking PH, what kind of water are you using,

i am using biobizz light mix soil and tap water letting iclorine evaporate for 24 hours ph at 7

i would supplement cal/mag when using Led . take a look at antics Led grow as he was experiencing issues under his Led and there are some people with allot of wisdom on his journal and a few more !

isnt a bit early for cal mag problem? usually they occur after 5-6 week of growth

i would go through king johnc's journal. he get into details about the calmag issue and Led lights . he is a beast when it comes to details .

Few things.

Cal/mag DEF are more common in LED grows. I'm not sure why but its something I learned from KJC, you need to add more calmag when using led lights.
That being said, that plant is too early to have a def as should of had enough food stored up within itself.
To me it actually looks like wind burn, do you have a powerful fan pointed at them?
