Hey Juerell,

Welcome to 420! Can you drop a pic? ..... green algae is common and not a problem, whispy white fuzz is often a sign of active microbial life in the soil and is not a problem. Whats your grow media? Have you added any supplements? What are you feeding them? How often do you water?

Pics and more info will help to diagnose

airflow and more airflow mate. keep it exchanging if possible. sprays will keep the spores from reproducing but the conditions are vital to keep it at bay until strong enough to remove any domes /lids . too damp invites the moulds.
good luck

The saying is that by the time the gardener sees the mold or mildew on the plant it has been there for several weeks. Many of those molds are slow killers unlike a fungus which can kill off a young plant in a matter of days.

As 013 mentions, a photo or two showing the exact problem and where it is on the plant can go a long way towards identifying the problem & cause and coming up with a solution. Take the photo in regular white room light or under sunlight. Some grow lights have strange coloring which makes it hard to have a photograph that shows the true color of the problem area.
