Do you think I should worry about it flowering under these conditions? I have seen a few hairs like 2-3 on other plants but mostly under the foliage in the darker area near the stem (where it doesn’t seem to get the light) You don’t think it’s going to Hermie on me?

Day 62 moving my lights up a couple of inches, seems to be what I needed. My Sensi Star CBD and Granddaddy Purple are still short in comparison to everyone else. Everyone is now at least a foot tall (GSC are at 16”) but these 2 are still 10” or less but have inches up 1-2 inches since the lights were adjusted. So I know one more week of vegetative state is what I want to get them to stretch just a bit more, but I think I will finally transition to the flowering stage come October 8th. That will hopefully mean a very Merry Xmas for me for when this adventure is said and done

Day 64 Well this is the start of my last week of the vegetative light cycle. I have taken my fan and have stopped it from oscillating over my plants as it was causing wind burn on some of the plants closest to them. So now it’s just pointing against one of the walls but still making all the leaves dance in the breeze. Then they also kind of exploding in growth from last night. My Granddaddy Purple is still a bit stunted in height but slow growth is noticeable from day to day. It’s just so dense in foliage that it’s a bit hard to expose some areas to the LEDs. I’m happy with the steady progress this past week after a few hiccups, and hopefully everyone will be ready to start flowering come next week. Also turns out my spider mites problem was thanks to my Cinderella 99 clone. My cousin was with the gentleman that gave her the clone and he too had a spider mite infestation and is hoping to save his harvest.

Day 66 Well they look like they are just ready for that transition over to flowering. (So am I) A few more days and that will happen but for now they sit and wait. Black Domina is close to 18” now and GDP is just about a foot now. So 2-3 inches in the past 5 days is nice growth for me. Still bushy as hell, but hopefully that means a good yield in the end. Found/removed some cobwebs on my moms lime tree plant in the back of the tent, and so I sprayed more of my insect powder around as insurance for my plants and hers. So what looks like bird shit on my Cookie Monster is just some powder that has fallen down from the Lime Bush leaves

Day 68 I don’t know who is getting more exited for flowering. Me or the girls Been removing a few of the big fan leaves from the bottom of the plants over the past few days and they seem to be responding nicely to it with the last group photo comparison I did. I already visited my local grow shop and picked up my flowering nutrients. Decided to go with Green Planet on her (the store owner) advice and because they were $30 total for the A&B containers. Will be double checking tonight for any possible light leaks from the tent and then the magic can finally begin.

Day 70 well last day before switching over to flowering. I have started to double check for light leaks and sealing them off with ductwork silver tape. Also closed off the vents and added 2 things of flexible ducting to help bring in fresh air without that pesky light getting in. Sealed off both ends with some nylons to keep whatever small creature/buggers who would want to get in there. Also started to remove some fan leaves from my Sensi Star and GDP plants as they were way too bushy and dense for any real light penetration. Also thinking about picking up 2 basic flowering bulbs off Amazon to bring in more red light for the transition and because the tent is pretty big and full. Just need to wait for my new credit card to be sent as my old one got compromised last week.

Day 72 (Day 2 of Flowering) Well the title says it all. After 10 weeks of vegetation it has finally become time to switch over to flowering. After just one night my Black Domina plant grew 4 inches and now stands at 20”. Everyone else grew maybe an inch or 2 as well, and debating if I should maybe add another light for the flowering stage. Also started my Green Planet nutrients today with its first watering today, but only going half the recommended amount to start. I was advised by the store owner to do this for the first week or 2. Already starting to get a slightly stronger smell coming from the tent and it’s heavenly

Day 74 (Day 4 Flowering) Man they are growing big. Yesterday was a “HOLY SHIT THEY’RE HUGE!!!” moment when I opened up the tent. Everyone seem to grow like 3+ inches and the smell was a beautiful pungent skunky smell. Today showed some growth but nothing compare to yesterday and the smell didn’t seem nearly as pungent too. Hoping my new credit card arrives today as I plan on getting another light hung closer to the back of the tent, as it doesn’t seem as bright back there. Also will need a small dehumidifier in there. My humidity has jumped from roughly 50% to a whopping 80% since the switch. I know it can sort of be higher at the beginning but I don’t want to lose everyone to bud rot near the end. Loving this journey

Day 76 (Day 6 Flower)
So nothing big growth wise since my last update. Today was another watering day and some needed it more than others, but they are the 3 biggest girls of the bunch. Also I think 2 Viparspectra 600w isn’t enough for my 5x5x7 tent. Again the big girls BD GB and CM look sad and weak on the back ends facing the wall, and rotated them all to get some light today. So I’m on the cusp of making another light purchase, but going/spending big this time. Probably pulling the trigger on a HLG 600H Quantum Board tomorrow from growerslights.com and ship it preseembled. I know they are suppose to be real easy to do, but I don’t want to take any chances.

Day 78 (Day 8 Flowering) Again not much news to add, which I guess is good news. Everyone is looking good and healthy. Just wish I had topped my Cookie Monster a 2nd time, but the site said it was an Auto but it would of started its flowering a long time ago (27 1/2 inches now). Plus I just purchased a Danby Dehumidifier for the later flowering stage and will be delivered in a few days. Still haven’t pulled the trigger but I think I will be shelling out the big money for the HLG 600H. Plus 2 days until official legalization in Canada

Day 80 (Day 10 Flowering)

HAPPY LEGALIZATION DAY CANADA Ah, this feels nice. So I have gone ahead and I ordered myself a HLG 600H fully assembled kit with dimmer, which should hopefully be here in a week or 2. My Viparspectra are good but you can see some of the plants suffering from lack of light getting to them. It’s a shit ton of money but the results seem to speak/pay for themselves. Also bought a Danby Dehumidifier for the later stage in flowering too. Plants are doing good right now, watered yesterday and saw some good growth today. The smell is slightly stronger and my shirt seems to come out smelling strong to my family. I don’t notice it much but I guess I’m just use to the lovely odour.

Day 82 (Day 12 Flowering) they are getting pretty damn big in there. Cookie Monster just keeps growing and growing. Jumped up another 4 inches just overnight and now stand at 32 1/2” tall. Black Domina is also pretty close behind in growth, both upwards and outwards. So I’m sort of running low on room in the tent and so my mom’s lime bush got the boot out of the tent. Now it sits on a dresser with a cheap LED light we got from Costco. Also needed a watering today and went straight water as the past 3 all were with my nutrients included. Going to see if I can get my fan to hang from the side of the tent to blow more on the plant tops, and again give more space for them to grow. Hoping to see my Quantum Board arrive next week and have them finish strong in this flowering end game.
