Depends what effect you want. You want cloudy not clear trichs, and as for the amber, it's suggested to harvest around 10-20% amber for a more cerebral high or if you want more of a sedative couch-lock effect then harvest when you've got 60-80% amber.

Nightmask is correct. You want almost all cloudy to even think of harvesting. I usually go minimum of 30% amber.
