I heard from the next door lady that has the most beautiful yard perfectly manicured flourishing fruit tress ,garden so plentiful you could feed the entire Chinese army....lol but she told me epsom salt would do amazing thing for my

I use a mix of epsom salt and molasses. My plants really seem to like it. It's an easy way to get magnesium to your plants.

Yeah, all plants require magnesium (and sulfur, too, but less) - and cannabis is no exception. Therefore, if the nutrients you're currently feeding your plants happen to lack sufficient Mg, then... yes.

Epsom salt is just hydrous magnesium sulfate (aka epsomite), MgSO₄·7H₂O.
