Experience with Subdue Maxx?

hey guys ive got questions for any of you guys that have used subdue maxx extensively.
I work at a grow and we were experiencing pythium so we started using subdue maxx. The subdue maxx helped with the root rot, however the buds starting coming out fluffy when we harvested. We never experienced that problem before, everything we had were nice and dense. However, everything being harvested now is coming out fluffy and i cant help but wonder if the subdue maxx caused this. Have any of you guys had this same experience???
The reason im not sure is because we just jumped right in and subdue maxx'ed the whole room instead of having some test plants. Personally i wouldve subdue maxxed half the room and see how that harvested but hey, im not the guy in charge here.. thanks for the input.

and just to get an idea theres about 45 - 1000 Watt lights and about 600 plants in each room
