Female?

I noticed what looks like white hairs a couple days back (ironically on March 8th international women's day) and today i decided to take a few pictures to ask for your expertise as I'm fairly new to all of this!

Congratulations . It's a girl

A very small one! As it only grew to be 15 cm but thats fine, I'm not looking for a big yield just anything really because I'm so happy she came out to be a girl! Thank you so much!

You may see some growth spurt after initiation of flowering. Many plants will double in size during stretch.

I see them starting to sprout some are even accompanied with little white hairs like 1 or 2 .

What do you mean exactly? That it's been somehow pollinated? Anemophily? If so could that do any harm to the soon to form bud?

I live by the Mediterranean and i keep it on my house's roof for discretion (illegal growing/using status in my country) and it is far away from any other plant so not sure, maybe insect pollination?

She doesn't look pollinated. I don't know what anemoweed is. The reason she may look a bit peculiar is the way the leaves are all bunched behind that little bud that's forming. That's just me. Usually the nodes seem further apart but it could mean that she's growing very well in the Mediterranean sun. Those little white hairs are pistils of a female plant. They're looking to snatch up male pollen (that would come from the little sacs that grow from males). While pollination is possible I don't think that's what is happening - but I'm no expert
