Feminized seed questions?

Can you make feminized seeds with pollen sacks from a hermie strain on a female non-hermie strain Or will this produce hermie seeds?

I think I got a little lost on the second hermi,, anyways I make my own seeds. I am certainly no pro genetic genius but I have had success. I'm more or less play with it. I use gibberellic acid . it works really well for me and it works everytime. there are other ways they probably all work. I have a grow journal started under mj john you might want to take a look at that.
