Fertilizer problem

Hey guys,
I am going through the flowering phase and I ran out of fertilizer (Coco A+B on coco coir, I dont know if it matters) so I just watered the plant for a week or so. But the plant started drying out. I noticed that the damage is only on the edges of the plant, meaning the outer points of the stems, and on the leaves that dont have buds on them. Is it possible that the plant went through a shock because of the lack of fertilizers?

Yes I bought nutes but i just want to know if these incidents are connected.
It is soil. Im in 9th week

One week of water won't do a lot

but the leaves are not just yellowm they are burnt i dont know what happened
