I was hoping to start flowering 2 weeks after the fim, would two weeks from now be a good amount of time if I topped tonight?

I like to top it then fim the branches that try to be the top. I will keep doing it until I'm satisfied with the number of tops I have.

I wouldn't hurry into flower. Having a extra week or two can really pay off at harvest time.
