Finally got my pH meter

I'm almost on week three of critical purple auto. I was trying to use ph strips and they weren't very accurate. I calibrated the meter and tested my dwc and ph was 7.2. I kept putting small amounts of vinegar in my water until I got my ph down to 5.8. It's been over 3 hrs now and it's still holding steady at 5.8. I had a little issue with nute burn on the cp and I had maybe a calcium deficiency on the gg auto. I'm using general hydro nutes with tap water. I used about half of the recommended dose and it was a little too much. I got that taken care of. This is my first ever grow. I'm really hoping everything takes off now. My relative humidity has been in the 20s and I have it in the 40s now also. Any more suggestions or do these look ok. The gg auto is 2 weeks old and the cp is 2 weeks and 6 days.

Yes, they look OK, considering. You need to work on PH & RH, which you're learning! :goodjob:

For the PH, I'd recommend you invest in some PH-Down solution. It's incredibly inexpensive, especially if you purchase the powder and mix your own. The acid in vinegar is acetic acid which does break down rapidly and will cause fluctuations in PH if you're not constantly adding more. The PH-Down is phosphoric acid which breaks down much slower and will give you a much more stable res.

For the RH, try to get above 50% in veg, if possible. 20% is WAY too low but 40% is much closer!

The critical purple auto is starting to pick up a little. It is pretty short to be 3 weeks and 2 days. Hopefully it will still get a bigger.
