First ever harvest draws near: what y’all think?

i think mostly clear still getting cloudy no amber for these 2?

harvested a portion of my grow 2nights ago
critical

this was left on to get some extra time

and what was chopped off, removed fans as i went.

also removed some of one of my autophotofreakz

i did not remove the fans as i went as it was late at night, or early morning maybe lol, and i cut this after washing the critical

critical on the left of red line, royal haze freak on the right. hung to dry after wash for 5 hours or so while i slept.
to wake up next morning to this

cat got started without me...

7 fucking hours nearly it took me to trim the critical, not much break in that time... lol

all bagged and put to fridge for low and slow drying
847g trimmed wet bud, all trimmed from stems mostly as per low and slow method
110g wet trim

rhen rhe rh lol
3hours. lotsa crap on this one, i chucked to trim bags

for example these were trimmed down most of the was up the cola stem

and onto fridge
268g wet trimmed bud
180g wet trim and crap
now i wait lol

and wonder where the hell i am gonna put the rest...

hellz yeah, awesome job. i wish one day i will have the space to do a mega grow as compared to my current micros, may be sooner than later though... heh heh.

anyways trichs looked good too, next round i might say when you think they are done... let them go one more week though, finicky plants as far as ripening up i have experienced. and forget the breeders guidelines, if anything always add 3 weeks is my motto from now on.

i think these gas will have a few more days yet at least,
the royal haze i may have cut a bit early but i need to get them down so its a bit tough really, il keep some of the smokeable and extract from the rest..

i dont actually have all that much space it feels like lol
the flower area is long, over 2m, but i only have 120cm from floor to lights at their highest point, and they pitch up at sides..i am on my hands and knees shuffling around them, struggled to tie them up as the colas got too heavy, sticking to everything lolcant spin them at that size and can barely get down one side lol
the veg tent is 120/60/150cm.

i know you wasnt keen on mainlining theough your experience, but it defo worked well for me here lol
my next batch is underway already too, another 5 on the go 3 photos 2 autos again.

you helped me somewhat on some threads i posted a while back actually, regarding the super stretching and mass defoliating stuff on my auto photo freaks..
thanks again lol turned out not enough auto gene in them to fully flower, had to put them on 12/12.

well, lol, they started off at 12”
and moved up with the stretch
eventually they could go no more and i never measured, some colas were close, like 3/4” lol
the largest cola on gas2 suffered some light bleach
i snipped the top of the cola off, good time to try backbuilding i thought

i managed to also pull it to the side away and lowered the top in response so it wasnt as intense
it is solild that nug

heres some shots from outside gives you an idea of closeness

you can see the critica down rhe back was very close, more sativa in her, tied the top colas more to the edgeso not directly under also, rhe angles dont help nor does rhe height lol

i essentially have 600quantumwatts in there 2x240w and a 120w. heat no issue
they hurt the eyes though when crawling around underneath them... i wear sunglasses always
when i started and told a couple friends i was going led they were highly sceptical. others also since ive spoken were the same, never really used or people they knew had hadnt had much luck..
these led’s are badass imo

I do have an hlg 135 now in my tent beside my cmh my concern was I am not getting the best coverage with just the single quantum and it is a 4000k light so wanted to get the hlg 260 in 3000k for better flower spectrum and better coverage. I do have a second cmh I could add but will be to hot as we get into summer

2 gas at the front and middle and critical at the back, all bag seeds, all were manifolded,

theyve all needed some help now please excuse the wire everywhere lol

yeah you shouldbt have an issue with too much heat adding another qb, if anything in colder temps i had to run a little oil rad lol certainly wont need no cooling though, humidity is a larger issue in this place than heat hahaha rains a lot..

Great grow. Hope you're happy with the results. What I like to do is when it starts to look done, cut off and cure a branch and repeat for 3 more weeks. You never know what you're going to like until you've smoked it - I don't care what the lab says or what the scope says - weed is such a personal thing. For instance, the Bubba Kush looks done at about 7 weeks, but it's a mere shadow of what it's like at 10 (some people even like it at 11). Much better flavor and an incomparably better high. Peace brother.

very happy with the gas for sure, ended up with around 19.5ounces off those two, and bit over 8z of the critical.

the critical isnt as flavourful as it promised at the chop; but is a decent smoke,
the gas though, musty; full flavour, chesty though not harsh
couple pics of the gas at harves

and all 3 plants jarred up
2z per jar bar 1.5z in 1.

all low and slow dried in the fridge, was slow too lol
but failsafe it seems..
overall my first grow.. 1.28gpw,
27.5-28z (some of the critcal was fhi and not weighed, and a few grams smoked off around not in final weigh ins..)
very happy.
