Do you check the PPM of the runoff? That should give you an idea of how much is leftover in the soil.

I do not have a PPM meter to be able to check that I was more worried about the ph then I was anything else. But maybe I should invest in one before I start the next grow in a few months
I'm beginning to think it's not necessary to pH our nutes any more. I stopped after having a conversation with the soil engineer at ProMix.

Im very interested in learning all I can about this topic and things related to it
It's a crazy concept as the idea of not pH'ing our nutrients runs against almost 100% of what we're told when we learn to grow.

The only scenario I can think of pH not being a factor is in No-Till grows. Everything else it is recommended. I will be reading that post soon. Cheers everyone!

Flower day 32 I went ahead and mixed up feed today even though some of the leaves on the mama mia have died or are burnt. I'm not sure what is going on now the white widow is coming a long it just seems to be going slower then the mama mia

Hard to tell in those pics with all the craziness going on with the lighting. At first glance through the haze it looks like it could be the beginnings of a calcium deficiency but it's tough to say until we get some sharp white-light pics.

WW looks find but the MM looks like either nute burn or a calcium deficiency. What are your feeding numbers again? Some plants like less and some more.

3tsp big bloom 2tsp tiger bloom per gallon about 1/3 g all on 2 times a week. I did over feed last Saturday but I sent a couple gallons clean phd water through her but she hasn't bounced back any thoughts
More questions! When you say overfeed, what does that mean? More nutes in a gallon? Are those 5 gallon pots? Do you get runoff with 1/3 gallon? Is 2x a week a schedule or just how often they need water? Told you...questions

When I say over feed I mean the rest of the mix was sitting there about half a gallon I forgot to shake it I opened it and dumped half of it on the white widow then the other half on the mama mia I noticed the water was dark with nutrients then the next day I started getting burnt leaves and it just keeps going. They needs watered every other day. Yes I get some run off every time I water not a lot but some. They are in 3 gallon containers.

No i dont mean the PH you are putting in is wrong. Im saying that your PH is off due to excess nutrients getting built up in your soil and turning to salts.
