Unfortunately I had to switch the little guy back to the cloner because of the shock of moving. Made the discovery today that the ph of the reservoir was around 4.5, luckily the fish are alive after this mistake. I've already started working on slowly getting it back to a more acceptable ph. Everything seems to be growing great though, almost to the fourth week of flower

Help, can someone help me with looking at the trichomes to see how close they are. I don't feel like they have been in flower long enough to already be almost all cloudy and even a few amber.

If I remember correctly there is 9 including a plecostomus. I was assuming about the same time line as well but most of the fan leaves have started dying off. I'm worried something is still wrong after the low ph last week

How long did you condition the res before moving your plants in there? Just wondering because I've heard it takes months for enough nutrients to build up in order to sustain a plant through the life cycle. Might be part of the issue along with the drop in ph.

The res was only conditioned for about a week but also had starter bacteria added as well. Took it a few weeks for the cycling to level off but after that everyone was happy.


After thinking about the timeline of events for a little while I believe I may have figured out the issue. About 4 days ago I did a one time feeding of triple what I normally do. I did this because for a couple weeks now I've noticed the lower levels turning yellow and dying off. I know this is normal later on in the flowering stage but it started two weeks into flowering. Thus I believe the increase caused overfeeding while lowering ph and resulted in nute lockout. I did a flush earlier today of most of the res water and refilled with ph'd water, we'll see how they're doing in the morning.

Hey Everyone,

Sorry about disappearing there for a little, life and a broke phone can get in the way. I have done a harvest on both plants and while no where as much as I'd hoped, because of a few rookie mistakes, it still seems to be great smoke. I don't have a final weight for either yet but will update when I do. They have both since went into regen stage to try a quick turn around for another harvest. I will have to get some of the pictures I'm missing off my old phone but here are some recent ones. The one on the back right ended up being too far gone to regen, but the front left one seems to be coming back good. Luckly I was able to get a clone from the back one and it has since grown and been placed into flowering. I have also started two more seeds about a week ago that are doing amazing, with one more in germination.

The first seedling to pop out, and currently the biggest. I'm hoping its not a male... 9/25

This is the first successful clone that I've grown out, all the others have died or part of a male plant and were killed. I must say that its starting off very nicely. 9/25

Here is my first attempt with regeneration, so far so good and I'm excited

And the second one that showed up a day or two after 10/1

This is the one that I had to pull out because of damage done during flowering, I have a clone of it though, lol

Here is the first seedling and it looks great with a nice root system starting

Overall the regen looks good, its a crazy thing to watch

Pretty sure some of this coloring is from a deficiency but I like the color. Took me some time to get them on a regular schedule.

Here is the main clone that has grown to about 20 inches so far and has been moved into the main grow room. 10/18

I've has some amazing results with the nutrient schedule I'm running now. The front left roots still haven't really recovered from before but the plant is slowly growing. Not sure what quality buds I'll be able to get though.

This is a seed I started a while back that had a slow start but is grow thick and beautiful, just moved into the flowering room on 11/1

This is a recently clone that rooted so well and is growing so fast I've had to clone it again and put it in the flowering room

Big momma clone is up to 36 inches high 11/2

This is such a beautiful plant that is soo big for only having vegged for 2 weeks and flowering for 3 weeks

Can you make a detailed how to for your set up? Don't want to miss anything. Which 9 fish? What do you feed fish? Assuming that's a 27gal thought tote, what's all connected to it? Did you flower under CFL? I wanted to start a capt style grow using aquaponics and I just want to take as many notes as possible before I finish buying all that I need! Thanks in advance
