First grow: are they flowering? Or just happy to see me?

This is my first grow so I'm still not entirely sure about how flowering might affect my cannabis training and care.

Am I correct that the delicate tendrils or shoots at the nodes of this Critical Mass (sativa) indicate this plant is flowering?

I have two plants outside and six in a grow-tunnel/greenhouse. It seems as if something changed today.

I wish I could enter one of these in the county fair. I wonder if Washington state cannabis law has anything to say about displaying your legal grow or driving it to the fair?

Looks like the sexing is happening fella.
(Although some people call those 'pre flowers', because thats where budsite will start appearing...
Keep an eye on where those 'hairs' are coming from in case you get a little pouch. If you do get a pouch (pollen sac aka 'nanners') get it outta the grow space asap, you dont want fellas in there diddling with your girls
