First grow, fan leaves dark with uniform spots, too much Nitrogen?

Indica OG Kush
The plants are 4 weeks old, and were transplanted into 3 gallon containers 2 weeks ago.
They are growing good but have dark green leaves with uniform spots.
Could this be too much Nitrogen?
400 watt Metal Halide lamp 20 hours on
Using Sunshine 4 advanced growing mix.
Daily feeding 10ml BioThrive Grow, 5ml CaMa+, 10ml BioRoot, 5ml BioWeed per gallon.
PH = 6.0

I would bump up the Biothrive to 15ml or 20ml

Looks like you have spider-mites as well, not sure if you knew.

Thanks for your input, the spider mites have been perhaps eradicated with botanical soap,
you suggest increasing the biothrive, I will do that, I have flushed the plants on the
chance they have lockout. Will continue feeding in a couple days. I find myself in the
position of using hydroponic media with manual feeding (no reservoir) I have already
learned so much from this forum.
