First grow, germinated two seeds fem white widow one with two tap roots

Seeking a little advice. Only germinated two seeds. This seed popped a day after the first did with double tap roots. Judging by research looks like twins, two seperate plants popped up. How early should these be seperated?

Is it possible to separate?
One seed one root ball. Chances to make two healthy plants, if separated sounds slim.

One of them didnt make it. Lady on the right is the runt of the two she grew alot slower and i didnt top her. Lady to the left was a different seed. Both are crop kings white widow. Just flipped to flower. I thought about cloning dont have any males or i definitely wouldve pollinated. Where its my first grow I didnt clone. Theyre 3 days into 12/12 is it too late?
