First Grow - Is This Nearly Ready to Harvest?

I'm sure this is something that gets asked a lot but I don't know how far off being able to harvest my first grow I am. I've tried to take some photos of trichomes with a digital USB microscope but struggled to get anything clear enough as you can see from attached pics. Plus some close ups of buds. I'd be interested in opinions on if these are getting close to harvest or still got some way to go?

How long they been in Flower if a Photoperiod? Or if an Auto how long has it been Flowering? What Strain is it or unknown? Going by the pistils you have a couple weeks, when looking at the trichs make sure to look on the bud itself and not the sugar leaves as they will go amber way before the buds will and not an accurate gauge.

They are getting there but not yet, couple of weeks with do them good.

Lots of white hairs sticking out.Tricombs are not ready either. Give it time.
