My veg room is on an 18/6 light schedule, lights on at 6am and lights off at midnight. I water at 8am, again at 2pm, and again at 8pm.
My flowering room lights on at 6am and lights off at 6pm. I water at 8am, 12pm, 4pm.
I haven't flushed once, I haven't seen any build ups to signal a flush. And I think as long as the rockwool is damp it will hold enough nutrients. And flooding three times a day, I wouldn't be too worried about stale nutes sitting around.
