Well I have 2 weeks before I start, new seeds coming. My golden rules I follow, grow type etc see below.
My two targets are;
1. To complete my spreadsheet that will help growers understand cost,requirements for this type of Grow.
2. To set up my continuous grow for maximum return

Here we go, all this info is generated and/or copied from my spreadsheets.

i think we are just waiting for this to kick off. There are great people here. I would use them. They will come in time :) Im subbed if you stay!!!!

999 means 9 plants per square foot, each 9 is a square foot. 66.66 means watts per square foot. looks better on spreadsheet.

meticulous. you will do well with an approach like that. any failures will be easily pinpointed and changed for future grows. good luck!

I have 3 different strains,

1. Loud Dream
2. Barney's Farm Blue Cheese
3. Big Buddha Blue Cheese

When doing a Commercial grow it's not what I want but what the punters want. Cheese, Cheese, Cheese, yawn. To make it more interesting for me I will grow both BF and BB cheese to see who is best. One is a copy of the other so the outcome is possibly all ready known, anything to make it a bit more exciting.

Loud Dream, well thats new to me and will get it's own room and grown in bubble pots.

Cheese seeds will be germinated 2 weeks apart, 10 days to root, 2 weeks to Veg, 20 of each seed (feminized). After 2 weeks of veg (depends on growth) the cuttings are taken, 10 per plant. The mothers are all disposed of, yup in the bin, all future cuttings will come from the first batch of plants, that way I will keep improving each grow by selecting best plants. As a commercial grow each step needs to be in time, as a sog it is important each cutting is the same size to ensure an even canopy. This is hard work and takes many hours of work. Cheese is not the easiest or best plant for a SOG but the Customer is king. They will be trimmed to have just a top kola. I try to get cuttings from side growth below kola from each plant, scrape the bottom of each and place in hydro propagator. They go from propagator (lid removed last 3 days to harden plant) straight in to 12/12 flowering.

only additive I use during cutting/seeding bio plus from vitalink, it works wonders during this stressful time for the plants.

I dont plan to do a journal on the loud dream but will share a few photo's.

Well seeds have arrived, sooner than expected so thumbs up to seed centre. While waiting for them did some research on loud dream, they look great and a great SOG as it mainly grows main kola with very little side growth.

Next Step which will start on 21 July 20014;

Pick 10 BFBC seeds to germinate,
The germinate/propagate process will take about six/8 weeks,

10 seeds started on the 21st BFBC (batch 1)
10 seeds started on the 4th August BFBC (batch 2)
10 seeds started on the 18th August BBBC (batch 3)
10 seeds started on the 1st September BBBC (batch 4)

All done under 2 x T5 lights 4 tube x 25w first two weeks,
After 2 weeks of T5 light changed to MH to encourage vigorous growth for cuttings stage, fans to circulate air are critical but make sure
that the plants are not bending in the air flow. The effect you want is the tops to be shimmering, this ensure not only that your plant is focused on growth but you will grow a thick healthy stock. Healthy thick stock will ensure your plant can suck up what it needs, put simply get a thin straw 6 inches long and a similar size of garden hose, which one do you think will suck of more and faster?

In previous grows I have left plants under the T5 as they where doing well, only change if necessary to keep the stress down.

A little trick I use is to continue use of the bio plus throught the whole grow as it works wonder's on removing dead roots and encouraging new roots. It is prozac for plants.

Next update will be when ready to cut first set of clones and introduce the plants to hydroponics.

That last picture was part of my white Widow grow, every kola had clumps of it in side the kola, guess what it is :)

How did this grow turn out?

We would love to be updated with some pictures and info.

How about posting a 420 Strain Review?

If you need any help with posting photos, please read the photo gallery tutorial: Photo Gallery Guide: How to Resize, Upload & Post Photos

I am moving this to Abandoned Journals until we get updates.

Thanks and hope all is well in your world.

Love and respect from all of us here at 420 Magazine.
