SOS - within a few hours my girls developed yellow spots on the leafs. I’m hoping it’s not this Fungas.. could it be from putting my lights closer?!

Figured it out, the yellow was chemical spray from Lysol being left on the fan.

Idiot mistake, I’ve learned my lesson! Other than that the second girl seems to be strengthening her branches and stems. Still can’t see the sex yet, going on day 40?
But I fed them again 3ml/fert-Alive 2l/water each. They haven’t grown taller in 4 days but seem to be developing the foliage heavily. Are these plants but enough to tie down? Also does anyone prune at this stage or should I still wait?

Thanks for any support and replies.

Better to know what caused it then to still be wondering what the hell caused that lol. Glad you figured it out.

I would absolutely say you could start tying branches down, as the longer you wait the stronger the branches will be making it harder to manipulate them without breaking. Here’s the catch though. Unless your going to do it for the experience, then giver but if height isn’t going to be an issue for you, then let’er grow out my friend, but it’s completely up to you.

For not knowing what the sex is, I can suggest flipping them into flower. After day 5 or 6 you will soon learn the gender of your plants. Once you decipher the gender, whether it’s a male or a female you can always reverse the flowering, and put them back into veg by switching your lights back to 18-6 without seriously harming the plants.

That being said if you find out their males you can keep them for the pollen, or cut them down. Decisions decisions.. I mean if they turn out to be males and you cut them down, no harm no foul, your moving soon anyways. Start fresh again once moved

trimming, shouldn’t be a problem. Trim a few of the higher fan leafs to let the light penetrate through to the bottom canopy. It’s ok to take fan leafs off, you just don’t want to take off too many, at once.

@Pbass He’s had a bit of a speed bump in life. I don’t know details nor is it any of my business, but I do know he gave his plants away to a friend, and he’s in the middle of trying to move to chase his dream.of being a cannabis consultant.

Once he’s settled back in, I imagine he will sprout some more beans and try again. :48:

Thanks bro @Backlipslide,

But yes it’s true my life went in the toilet and I’m not sure if I’m going to chase a job because I’ll take a literal 50 percent pay decrease which with my life style and costs not sure I can afford. But the house is back to normal, tent is down and bathroom converted. Sorry to let anyone down, but sometimes things don’t workout.

I’ll be back to finish what I started, but for now I’ll wonder and peek on threads to watch and talk shit.

Thanks to anyone and everyone, my best wishes.

Thanks man it’s a matter of time, had another unexpected upset happen seems life likes being a weird one but thankful for the process. Pick up my equipment when I get home brain storming to see how I can get back into operation.
So sorry for the unexpected upset! I’ll have to PM you to see if your alright! Hope it’s just a minor speed bump. I look forward to you possibly coming down for a visit! :high-five:
