Those are definitely pistols she is in flower.
Go with week one of flower on you nutrient schedule.

Hey guys, I got hospitalised, due to my medical condition, have just been able to get back a couple of weeks ago.
Have started my second grow.

This is the new batch I’m onto now. They seem to have some issue, the leaves are starting to get spotted on the underside. What could this be? I’m growing in the same medium, coco, with same feeding schedules as last time.

Couple things come to mind.
Is your Coco washed and buffered?
Are you putting calmag in 10 minutes before the nutrients?
Feeding nutrients every time, no plain water? At 5.8 ph ?
If you are doing these things then I'd say you have a pest, critters.
Judging by the hole in the leaf I'd say pests.
Do you have any sort of bug spray or neem oil?

yes coco is washed and buffed.
Calmag: Nope, not used
Nutrients at 5.8 with every watering
I do have neem spray.

Ok so coco drains the cal from your girls.
Calmag needs to go in your water first.
Wait 10-15 minutes for it to bond then add your nutrients, lastly set ph.
I'd add the cm and do a weekly spray wit neem oil and soap.
Bugs are everywhere and might be eating your girls.
I do see a couple little holes.
Hope that helps.

I forgot about the calmag, so have added calmag with seaweed and watered them with ph 5.9, hope that works. I Did add neem cake to the base coco mix and also do spray neem once a week, I think the photos are showing the wrong view, please check these ones. The leaf margins are sort of drying and they’re more like discolourations on the surface.

Cal mag should help .
Just make sure to let it sit 10 minutes before adding nutrients.
Coco is great just need the CM.

We need to stick stickers on wall and all over journals and such. Cal.mag seems to be alot needed on all plants. Doesn't matter sativa or anything.

I think if you can get the net stretched and secured better you will have an easier time with the plants.
And are you going to have 2 in one pot?
Generally not recommended.
One will always be behind in growth competing for food and space.
