First LED grow :) is this any good?

Hi, so im doing my first led grow (2x150w) and got couple of questions.

1w or 3w bulbs? got suggestions?
I cant find any shops too so help would be nice! I live in finland so shipping to europe.

Ratio:
red/blue 4:1

red - 660/640/630 4 : 1 : 1
+ some 730nm

blue 460nm

white - help needed

Are you looking to design and make your own panel or purchase a panel?

For the average person, building a panel will cost much more and not produce as effectively as buying a pre-made panel.

Desinging and building, friend helps whit electric work. And building is only way to go! (I get leds free from finland goverment haha dont ask me..)
